Medium fruity with a slight bitter note and a lightly peppery aftertaste, with an intense aroma of green olive and freshly cut grass. Made from Coratina olives processed within 24 hours of harvest, cold extracted.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil. Produced in Italy from olives grown in Italy.
Balanced Spicy Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 x 0.5 L
Rich flavour with a pleasant bitter sensation, hints of artichoke and herbaceous notes, finishing with a peppery aftertaste. From Coratina olives processed within 24 hours of harvest, cold extracted.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil. Produced in Italy from olives grown in Italy.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 x 0.5 L
Balanced fruity character with a sweet tone, enriched with notes of fruit and green apple and a lively aftertaste. From organically grown Majatica olives, processed within 24 hours of harvest, cold extracted.
Ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil. Produced in Italy from olives grown in Italy.
Cardoncelli Mushrooms 1 x 235 g
Cardoncelli mushrooms are typical of Basilicata, grown in mushroom houses with controlled temperature and humidity and preserved in olive oil.
Ingredients: Cardoncelli mushrooms 62% (Pleurotus eryngii), olive oil 37%, wine vinegar, parsley, salt. Allergens: may contain traces of tree nuts (pistachio).
Dried Tomatoes 1 x 245 g
From an authentic Lucanian recipe: tomatoes harvested between August and September, slowly dried and preserved in olive oil. Excellent as an antipasto, a side dish or in savoury pies.
Ingredients: partially rehydrated dried tomatoes 59%, olive oil 40%, wine vinegar, parsley. Allergens: may contain traces of tree nuts (pistachio).
Cream of Tuna and Peppers 1 x 180 g
Tuna steamed and blended with peppers to a creamy consistency, salted and covered in savoury olive oil. Excellent spread on crostini or for aperitifs and pasta dishes.
Ingredients: tuna (Thunnus albacares) 45%, olive oil, roasted peppers 15%, salt. Allergens: fish (tuna); may contain traces of tree nuts (pistachios, almonds).
Tuna Fillets in olive oil 1 x 200 g
Tuna steamed, cleaned and salted, covered in savoury olive oil, sterilised and aged for 6 months.
Ingredients: tuna (Thunnus albacares), olive oil, salt. Allergens: fish (tuna); may contain traces of tree nuts (pistachios, almonds).
